What is an ATI radeon HD 3100 Graphics Card? - radeon hd

I have recently acquired a computer and has in it an ATI Radeon HD 3100 graphics card. I've never heard of this. Is it similar to the HD 3200?
Also like the card game Crysis or Call of Duty 4?
