I have medium brown hairdresser and I do Hilight loreal caramel on some important points, but it has become metallic. Then I tried a refinery in tone to it, without luck. Still looks orange and metallic. Can I use a solvent in hair color, loreal colorzap to eliminate reflections and re-colored to match the color of my natural hair? Please help!
