Can you pain UR Abdemon gas and the right side? The pain is so bad that you can have a chance to feel on your back? CACN You also have the sharp pain it hurts to breathe deeply?

The second night I went to Applebees for dinner, to bed and woke up with severe pain in the stomach and right side. I felt a little on my back too much and then I took a deep breath as my chest hurts them directly under my breast. I had a little gas, and seemed to disappear. A few hours later I woke up with the runs. I've never had a fever, and havent really had any other problems since the incident.
